I was impressed with the whole package offered by Perfect Partners. I enjoyed the personal touch, the passion and skill with which Shannon dealt with me and my requirements. It was great to meet other honest, hard working people also looking for love, dont have time to sit in pubs and hope to meet the one. Perfect Partners SA - Deteriorated throughout process

My first few months started off well, had a few dates.
The main match maker changed 4 months later and I felt the service and experience went down...
Response times become much longer and less motivating.
Service system glitches, even though communicated seemed too frequent. Other reasons which were linked to staff personal matters, which is not really a valid reason as we should all have support staff to maintain the same service level.
The last personalized email I received I was informed that further feedback would be given, but never was.
My last 2 emails were not even responded to.
My deal breaker requests (indicated upon set up) were not respected. I had to notify them on more than one occasion that I should not get a match that falls within a deal breaker. Why ask me if going to match outside of this...
I was then further told I should consider changing what I am requesting - tried to give me valid reasoning. Which from an outside perspective all seems logical as it fits the norms of society etc however, everyone has their own reasons for deal breakers and therefore I felt no longer like an individual client with individual needs more a '35 single female' client trying to be persuaded to match most possibly their data base.

Secure platform.
People who are on the same page - who want to find someone to be in a committed relationship with. So no guessing games for intentions.

Cons
Client base not a big as left for interpretation - had 1 match in last 4 months of contract.
I felt unheard and disrespected for my choice in significant other - probably based on data base/non matches.
