Is not working when it came to payment I don't why

I always get text or email from money grlis but I can't reply it looks I'm a fake person and I'm not I really love this side but I feel like it's not working. Please tell me what to do because I want to meet with this ladys and have fun as they asking me to do so. Can't you change the card payment method coz is not working at all
